McFly sang a song entitled "Home is Where the Heart is"...
And I love it!!! Well, partly because it is a MCFLY song, but also coz it's just so true!!!
Worshiping with the Klang brethren couldn't have been better... It's good to be singing songs with them again, and listening to Randall talk about his stuff during Youth Bible Class... The group is getting smaller, but all in all, they're still alright... Thank God for answering my prayers!!!
I just thought of something today... If we were to catch a cockroach and put it in a glass bottle and cover it, it'll die due to lack of air... However, if we were to poke in a few holes, then air can come in and out and the cockroach survives...
The holes provide ventilation... the holes provide space... isn't it amazing to think that a void can actually "fill" or "make complete" something???
That got me back to thinking about my all time favourite branch in Mathematics - COMPLEX NUMBERS!!! c=a+bi, or z=x+iy, or z=rcis (theta), or z=r exp(i(theta))...
Complex numbers are numbers that are imaginary... they don't exist... in mathematical terms, they're non-real... but though they're non-real, though they don't really exist, they are still yet so much applied in so many different fields... Things like control theory, and fluid dynamics... evaluation of improper integrals and quantum mechanics... also in differential equations...
It's fascinating!!! To know that something non-existent can be used ever so widely...
The hole that creates... will soon create a new world...
(Ok, I gotta admit... this statement is highly philosophical, aka rubbish!)
