Lately, I've been missing a lot of things... I mean A LOT!!!

How could I not see that P(k) -> P(k+1) doesn't hold for k=1???
How could I not see that if a is not congruent to 0 and b is not congruent to 0, then a+b CAN be congruent to 0???
How could I have missed the (c) option that THERE ARE functions f(x) and g(x) such that h(x) is both even and odd, aka h(x)=0???

Is it my lack of sleep?
Is it my bad eyesight?
Is it my deteriorating sense of reasoning and logic???

What is it????????????????????????
