I ate Bak Kut Teh for dinner on Sunday night!!! Yummy!!!
Oh, and erm, I decided to go jogging this evening... I brought my ball 'coz I thought maybe I could practise some stepovers and dribbling and all... When I arrived at the field, guess what??? It was so wet, that it was like... it was like... well, the field was wet!!! So I had to walk back, put back the ball, and come out again... zzz...
Anyways, years ago when I went jogging with my dad, I could easily do 7-8 rounds, that's about 28-32 football field lengths... today, I went 3 rounds and I started to feel tired, I went 2 more and I felt like fainting... sigh... age does that to ya sometimes... So I had to take a rest, then I did 5 football field lengths of long sprints, and I was tired all over again!!! Yikes!!! I thought I could do 10!!! and then... I rested and did 2.5 football field lengths of short sprints, walked 1 round around the field, jogged another round, and I couldn't take it anymore...
My legs hurt!!!
I'm getting old!!! (Then again, aren't we all???)
