Next time, it would be good to let Xinhua think twice before letting Canida listen to any McFly songs... now she's got me all into it... zzz...

I looked up the internet for the lyrics for Transylvania... guess what??? There are thousands of different versions... and I tried to actually interpret the songs and what they mean... it's so hard I found out that it has something to do with history...
this is what i heard the song meant.
its set in like medival or tudor times. its about a queen or princess (Anne Boleyn was one of Henry 8th's wives). and she's in love with a servant or peasant guy- and plans to run away with him.
the lyrics "rip him out in history" are the royal court talking about getting rid of this servant peasant guy because he's not high enough class for Ann Boleyn.
however he's really happy so sings out loud about his love for her ( "everybody having fun to the sound of love")
its basically how the high class of the time disagree with their relationship.
i think its a really unusual mcfly song, but i really like it. especially the end bit with "who is your lover.. "
