Beginning of the game. Gondar was at a mere level 4 and still farming. It wasn't easy, though... Lich was on the bottom lane, fighting for the Sentinel... and he was madly harassing him. Tough. He stood behind his ranged creep, leeching on last hits for extra cash and exp... When he were to do this, Kel'Thuzad would cast Frost Nova on him and start attacking him instead of the creeps. Painful... yes, very painful indeed... But then, several minutes later, Gondar was at level 6... Great, I have my ulti ready, he thought to himself. He ran back so that Lich could not see him, windwalked behind Lich... Then, he started hitting Lich while using Track on him... He knew that Lich can easily finish him with his Frost magic, so he had to be quick. And he was. Within seconds, all Gondar had to do was to throw his Shuriken. Boom, 1 kill for the Bounty Hunter. He smiled with satisfaction...

CAS Royal Selangor Grand Prix. 2nd round. Sean Lim vs Au Wai Onn... middlegame... it had been a pretty even game which started with the French defense... there was an opening in the middle... some space in front of Black's uncastled king... it could succeed, it could not. Take a risk, I thought... Played the move after some careful calculation... sacrificed a pawn for some attack potential... Wai Onn declined, instead, played a move to preserve his King's safety... Game continued, I lost... ugh...

Many people complain about boring lives... I don't... Wonder why??? Above are instances where I took risks... balancing reward if success is attained and loss if failed... It happens... y'know, that failing part... That's why it's called a risk... And it is what makes life interesting!!! Yes, that adrenaline rush... that tad bit of uncertainty ahead... after you laboured... you wonder if it paid off... sometimes you're happy, sometimes you're not... That's what keeps me going sometimes...

I took 13 subjects for the SPM while others were going for the usual 10 and 11... yes, it was a risk, a chance, a gamble... Because I didn't know if I could make it... I laboured, toiled... and waited... at some point, it does get out of your hands... so I waited... and with God's grace, I made it!!! Phew...

Have you taken any risks lately??? Well, currently, I'm at another junction in my life... I got 2 choices: 1 is rather safe while the other is risky... hmmm... the payout is huge though...while the safe choice, well... not as good... hmmm.... what should I do??? Hmmm... ugh, decisions, decisions...
